Rapid Network Assessment
With no cost and no strings attached, TA Services managed services logistics will work to understand your business goals and logistics challenges by conducting a review of your operations and the freight spend data you have available. If clean data is hard to come by (and it often is, even for large companies) we can discuss “painless” options for collecting and organizing data that can help you optimize your transportation network.
Our Rapid Network Assessment will provide you with a framework and recommendations for prioritizing savings initiatives and process improvements. At that point, you can decide if we move forward in the Solution Development Process.

From our Rapid Network Assessment, to our flexible Process Support services or the transition to a comprehensive, fully outsourced Managed Transportation operation, our experienced project management teams will work with you to manage every aspect of your project.
